The Safe Place

Sometimes you just need a safe place to purge your thoughts. You’re not asking for comments, feedback, compliments, criticism or judgement.

You just want to get what you feel off your chest.

Writing does that for me; but I’ve run out of journals to write in.

There’s the need to empty the good the bad and the maybe not so ugly; it all needs to get out.

I need to get my thoughts out simply because I don’t need them stuck in my head.

This is my therapy and it can be yours too.

Emptying out your thoughts can be very healing. It can also be exhilarating.

What’s on your mind?

Just put pen to paper and let it out. It could help someone..
